  • Over 30 years of experience gained from government and private sectors in Hong Kong and overseas, as well as from working in-house for an international insurance corporation.
  • Specializing in IPO, acquisitions and mergers, investment fund, insurance and trust matters
  • Leading a team of lawyers to assist in IPO work in Hong Kong and overseas, and another team of lawyers to assist in trusts and wealth management work
  • Graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Hong Kong, and is admitted to practice in Hong Kong, England and Australia (Victoria)
